Can I make changes to an order after it has been paid?

Unfortunatley an order can’t be changed after it has been paid. But it’s possible to cancel the order if it hasn’t left our warehouse. You can then make a new order with the correct products. Get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will try our best to help.

How can I track my order?

When your products leave our warehouse, you will recieve a confirmation where you will find your tracking number used for tracking your shipment.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation?

If you made an order with us and didn’t receive an order confirmation, your e-mail might have been entered incorrectly. Please get in touch with us so we can confirm we have received your order.

Something went wrong when I made my order, how do I know if it went through alright?

If you entered your e-mail correctly at checkout, you should have received an order confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation or if you are still unsure, please get in touch with us and we can check for you.

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

If you are not at home when the shipment arrives the driver may leave the package outside of your door if they deem it safe according to UPS/USPS guidelines.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 24h from the order was made and is usually delivered between 2-4 working days within the contintental US.

From where do you ship my orders?

We ship our orders from our warehouse in Carlsbad, California.

How do you ship my order?

For orders containing frames we use UPS and for orders only containing posters we use USPS.

What is the cost of shipping?

For orders only containing posters a shipping fee of 5 USD is applied. For orders containing frames a shipping fee of 10 USD is applied.

My order was damaged during shipping, what do I do?

Please get in touch with our customer service and we will help you with your order.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At the moment we are not able to ship orders containing frames outside of the US. But if your order only contains art posters we can ship to Europe and Canada as well.

Is it possible to return my order if I changed my mind?

Yes we do offer free returns and a money back guarantee within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to return your purchase for a full refund you can contact us to submit a request. We will then send you a shipping label to send back your purchase to us. Once we have recieved your return, we will issue a full refund back to your credit card. Refunds may take up to 14 days until you see them in your account.

Can I exchange a product for another product?

If the order has left our warehouse, it’s not possible to exchange your order. We suggest you return your purchase for a refund and then make a new order.

How will I receive my refund?

If you have paid with your credit card your refund will be issued back to the same card as soon as possible, no later than 14 days.

Can I pay by invoice?

At the moment we do not support paying by invoice.

Can I pay with Paypal?

Yes we support all payments through PayPal.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards like VISA, Mastercard and AMEX etc.

How do I know it's safe to pay on your website?

Our store uses a Shopify payment system which is one of the safest and most widely used in the world. Card information is always encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details.

Are frames included when I buy posters?

No, posters and frames are sold seperatly.

Can I order a poster in a custom size?

Unfortunaley we do not offer posters in custom sizes at the moment.

What kind of paper do you print your posters on?

We print our art posters on Moab Entrada Rag Natural 290 gsm matte archival paper. You can read more about our paper on the MOAB website:

How do you print your posters?

We print using the latest Canon inkjet technology based on 12-colour archival ink. There is no other printing technology that can reproduce the same look and feel with outstanding detail.

Where do you print your posters?

Our posters are made in the US. We print them at the same location as our warehouse in Carlsbad, California.

How do I hang the frame?

Our frames have mounting brackets installed in the back so you can use them to hang the frame both vertically or horisontally. Always use caution when hanging frames with glass so they are properly secured in the wall.

Do I have to mount the poster in the frame myself?

If you order both poster and frame in the same order, we will mount the poster in the frame free of charge. So when you receive your order it’s ready to hang on your wall.

What are your frames made of?

All PosterDeli frames are made with sustainable wood from FSC certified sources.

Why do you use paperboard back pieces instead of masonite board?

Our paperboard is made from recycled paper and since the back of the frame is never going to be seen, we felt it was more important to be evironmental friendly.

Do you use acrylic glass or real glass in your frames?

We have two different types of frames. Our Studio frame comes with real glass and our Gallery frame comes with acrylic glass.

Do you ship metric standard sizes to EU?

Yes, all orders shipped to Europe will instead be sent in metric standard size:

12 x 16in = (30cm x 40cm)

16 x 20in = (40cm x 50cm)

20 x 20in = (50cm x 50cm)

20 x 28in = (50cm x 70cm)

24 x 36in = (70cm x 100cm)
