RETURNS AND SHIPPING POLICY 

REFUNDS
We offer full refunds on returned products within 30 days of your purchase and it's 100% free to return products, including return shipping.

If you would like to return your purchase for a refund, you can contact our customer help to submit a request. Please e-mail our customer service at help@posterdeli.com, use our contact form on our "Contact Us" page or use our online customer help chat which is manned mon-sat 7am to 7pm. Please include the following information:

- Email address that was used when order was placed
- Order number
- Customer name
- Product name and size for each of the products you wish to return

    After we have received your request, a confirmation and return shipping label will be sent to you shortly. You must return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt of the confirmation email, we can't refund your purchase before the item(s) are returned.

    Refunds should be be visible on your bank account within 14 days. Please check the bank or credit company used for the purchase before contacting us. If after 14 days and you still have not received a refund, please contact us again.

    EXCHANGES
    Unfortunatley it is not possible to exchange products once they have left our warehouse. We suggest you return your products for a refund and then make a new purchase in our store.

    DAMAGED PRODUCTS
    If you product is damaged when you receive it, you must contact us by email within 72 hours to exchange it for a new identical product. Please e-mail our customer service at help@posterdeli.com or use our contact form, and include the following information:

    - Email address that was used when order was placed
    - Order number
    - Customer name
    - Product name and size for each of the damaged products
    - Photo of damaged product and packaging

    After customer service has received the request you will receive a confirmation together with a return shipping label so you can send back your damaged product to us. You must send back the damaged product to us within 10 days of reciept of the confirmation email. We must receive the damaged product before we can send a replacement to you.

    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
    All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours and delivered to the customer within 2-4 working days in the continental US.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. 

    We use two different carriers depending on what products are being shipped. For orders only containing posters, we use USPS and for orders containing frames, we use UPS. Unfortunately we can't use UPS to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO addresses, which means only posters shipped with USPS can be sent to these types of addresses.

    If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, the courier may leave you a delivery attempt notice or leave the shipment outside of your door if they deem it safe enough. With your delivery attempt notice, you can request a new delivery attempt by contacting the courrier. All information is provided on the delivery attempt notice.

    We are not responsible for products being returned to us by the customer. If a package can’t be deliveried to a customer and has been sent back to us, the customer must repay shipping before we can resend the package again. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages sent with UPS or USPS. If tracking shows the package has been delivered, but the customer did not receive it, the customer must file a complaint directly with UPS or USPS. We are not responsible for courrier delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. 

    Please be careful when opening your package. If you have ordered a frame with a glass front and it has been damaged during shipping there can be broken glass in the package. Try to shake the package gently and listen, if there's broken glass you should be able to hear it. We don’t replace prints damaged from opening the package.
